Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before commissioning a

portrait. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions. Thank you!

1. General Information

Service Offered: I provide custom animal portrait drawings based on photographs provided by you.

This can be of your beloved pet, someone else's pet for a gift or any animal that you want me to

create.

2. Order Process

Commissioning a custom portrait is an exciting and individual process. My portraits are 100% hand drawn

from the reference photo you provide me. I use professional grade pencils and surfaces which are of

great quality, ensuring that each portrait is vibrant and captures emotion and intricate details.

Submission:

Orders can be submitted through, by contacting me directly or booking with me

through Facebook, my website, social media or Etsy store. We will be able to discuss your needs for

your portrait, including the size of your portrait. You will then be required to provide a clear, high-

resolution photograph of the animal. Please refer to my reference photo information provided to

you for any help on providing the best possible photo.

Approval:

Once your photograph is received, I will confirm with you that your portrait can proceed. I

will then send you your invoice and I will need you to sign your terms and conditions contract and

return to me. *PLEASE NOTE * I do retain the right to turn down any commission if I feel that

the photo(s) are not of sufficient quality. However, I will always do my best to help you obtain

a photo that is of good quality.Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon order confirmation. You're deposit

gives me the security to start working on your portrait and also allows me to purchase materials for

your portrait if needed. The remaining balance is then due when I have completed your portrait prior

to the delivery of the final portrait. *PLEASE NOTE* I cannot start your portrait until your 25%

non refundable deposit fee is paid and your terms and conditions contract is signed and

returned to me.

3. Pricing and Payment.

Pricing: Prices are usually provided to you upon enquiry. These prices are based on the size, number

of subjects, and complexity of the portrait (e.g background) All this is outlined on my website

Payment Methods: I accept payments through bank transfer and credit card.

Final Payment: When your portrait is completed you will need to approve it as the final step. The

final payment must be made within seven days of receiving the completion notification.

4. Production and Delivery Production

Time: Throughout this process, I will keep in touch with you and send you regular

updates on the progression of your portrait. Again, the timescale also depends on the size and

complexity of your portrait and will be discussed on enquiry.

Delivery: Once the final payment is received, the portrait will be shipped to the address provided.

Shipping fees are additional and vary based on location. If you are local to me, I will happily hand

deliver it to you.

Digital Delivery: For digital portraits, a high-resolution file will be sent via email. If you would like

prints made of your portrait it will be an additional cost in which I can provide for you.

5. Cancelation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of the

deposit. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds: Since my portraits are custom-made, I do not offer refunds after the final product is

delivered, except in cases of damage during shipping.



6. Quality Guarantee Satisfaction:

I strive to ensure all customers are satisfied with their portraits. I take pride in ensuring

a very high standard of work is produced for you. I do ask that if you are unhappy with your portrait

for any reason that you please contact me immediately so that we can come to a resolution for this.

I will always do my best to make sure a customer is happy and has a good experience with me. My

drawing & business means so much more to me than just the monetary side of things. I very much

care about the drawings I do and my customers satisfaction.

Revisions: Minor adjustments can be made at no extra charge. Significant changes may incur

additional fees.



7. Intelectual Property Rights:

I retain the copyright to all portraits created. You are granted a license to use the portrait

for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Use of Images: I reserve the right to use images of the completed portraits for promotional purposes

unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Privacy Policy

Data Protection: Your personal information is kept secure and used solely for the purpose of

fulfilling your order.

Third-Party Sharing: I do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Modification: I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be

posted on my website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the change.
